The voucher's value cannot, under any circumstances, be exchanged for cash. If the total cost of the service exceeds the voucher's value, the balance must be paid using another method of payment. However, if the service cost is less than the voucher's value, the establishment will not refund the difference. No voucher will be accepted beyond its expiration date.

In winter, access to Le Refuge de Solaise is exclusively via the Solaise gondola, which departs from the snow front and arrives 200 meters above the hotel.
